Nozzle

    Flow-plas./ Max-Flow. The nozzles are available in 4 sizes, with a minimum nozzle diameter of 16mm and lengths ranging from 30mm to 300mm. There are more than 20 standard gates, including point gates, valve gates, and large nozzles. The variety of gate requirements for plastic parts; Flow-plas./ Max-Flow. The nozzle can withstand injection pressures up to 3000 Bar.

    Unique Flange Design:

    ① Variety of special materials for different gate requirements
    ② The unique sealing structure can protect the end of the heating wire from moisture, corrosion, water and oil; heating element
    ③ Both the high pressure of the nozzle and the heat loss of the nozzle can be prevented.
    ④ The embedded type and welding sealing process ensure uniform nozzle temperature and various nozzle tip structures.

    Select the appropriate nozzle series based on the weight of the product. If multiple nozzles are used simultaneously during injection molding, select the appropriate nozzle size based on the amount of glue that each nozzle needs to meet.
